Heu‘i Bandmann

Heu‘i Bandmann, was inspired to play the steel guitar by her younger cousin and next generation steel guitarist, Mālie Lyman. It was the day of her 23^rd birthday she began her first lesson with Uncle Alan Akaka.

Her musical training started in elementary playing the piano and she then moved onto the ‘Ukulele and in her adult years she picked up the guitar and steel guitar and is now picking up the drums and a little bit of bass.

She will be accompanied by Emily Hartshorn and Isaac Maluhia Castillo.
